Why haven’t I received any email enquiries on my items?
When a potential buyer sends you a message about your items you will receive an email, you'll also be able to see all your messages in your Messages tab when you're logged into your account.
If you can see in your Messages tab on your profile that you've received and enquiry but you've not had an email, check your email junk and make sure to add Sell My Wedding to your safe senders list.
