This dress states size 16 - I am a 14 and it fits perfectly

it has been very slightly professionally adjusted - it was a little too low at the front so was lifted by one inch at the shoulderS.

it is a very fine floaty chiffon, longer at back than front.  Draped cap style sleeve, fine lining, delicate pleating on bodice
