A beautiful blue outfit from Phase Eight. The dress has shoe string straps which are adjustable. There is a side slit at the bottom of the dress. It hangs lovely and skims over the stomach. The lace 'over jacket' fits perfectly, it has buttons at the back. The dress can be used seperately for another occassion too.
