Gorgeous ribbon swirl sequin design makes this wee dress beautifully.  The inside is nice and soft, with the underskirt made of non scratchy net.

There's a small mark on the bib, which may wash out, but is not noticeable, I only noticed when I was doing an up close inspection.  Mu wee one wore it once for a party and it looked stunning on.
