Stunning Catherine Deane Dress with a unique backless design which allows the delicate lace straps to fit flush against your shoulders and back. Beautiful lace bodice which has been carefully cut and hand-finished to wrap around the bust and towards the back. Full flowing silk skirt with a small waterfall train at the back. Pulls in beautifully at the waist with a flowing A-line design so hip measurement less important - although would estimate around 40 inches max. I am a 34B and bought a stick on cleavage enhancing bra to wear with this - I found it slightly big around the bust. This is a very lightweight dress which despite the length and volume of the skirt feels almost weightless and easy to move around in.

Bought for a garden wedding in 2022, in the end I decided on a shorter dress with no train for practical reasons (sadly we had bad weather!). Didn't have any alterations as I took to be altered and the seamstress said it fit me perfectly as was - although in hindsight it probably could have done with a little off the length! The skirt would probably benefit from a careful steam but other than that is it in pristine condition.
